In every team, tension and conflict are inevitable. What is often missing, however, are spaces for honest communication that enable people to engage with these dynamics in a constructive way. When such spaces are absent, misunderstandings persist, feedback is withheld, conflicts smoulder beneath the surface, and the quality of connection erodes—even though everyone is ostensibly pulling in the same direction.
Yet truly vibrant collaboration is rooted in relationship, not merely in structures and processes. It arises from trusting communication, mutual presence, and the willingness to address sensitive issues with openness and care. Especially in times of change or high pressure, teams need protected spaces in which people can genuinely listen to one another, tolerate difference, and find their way back into meaningful contact.
This workshop creates exactly such experiential spaces. Together, we explore how conversations can be held in ways that foster both clarity and connection, and how tension can be used as a constructive resource rather than something to be avoided. We co-design and practise formats that enable participants to offer appreciative feedback and bring difficult topics and conflicts to the table in an empathetic, solution-oriented way.
In doing so, teams do not simply become more efficient; they cultivate a more alive and resilient relational field—one in which the way they collaborate can continually evolve with greater awareness and intention.

"Claudia guided our team development with foresight and purpose, and worked with us to define how we want to collaborate as a team. She helped us achieve greater clarity in the distribution of roles and responsibilities, which led to broader ownership across the entire team.
Together with Claudia, we revised our key meeting formats and designed efficient decision-making processes that align with our organizational structure. We also gained valuable insights for our feedback culture.
Throughout the process, we experienced Claudia as a perceptive observer who authentically reflected our team culture and communication, helping to initiate meaningful change. Her practical materials have been extremely helpful, enabling us to integrate what we learned effectively into our daily work.”
