How can we design a training program that allows us to learn from and within nature how to conceive transformative experiences?
Regenerative Experience Design Training
Format: Interactive Training
Client: in Collaboration with Regenerative Timelab
Service: Concept Development and Facilitation (together with Amrei Andrasch, Regeneative Timelab)
The Regenerative Experience Design Training brought together facilitators, coaches, and changemakers for three days to explore how regenerative formats can be designed—experiences that enable genuine connection, broaden perspectives, and create sustainable impact.
The training was conceived as a living, experience-based learning space in which participants repeatedly immersed themselves in experiences, allowing them to feel and explore what learning environments that foster resonance and connection are like. Building on this foundation and guided by regenerative principles—such as circularity, regenerative time awareness, true diversity, radical locality, and reciprocity—participants developed their own regenerative formats. These formats are designed to create deep, meaningful experiences and to shape future-oriented, life-affirming, and impactful spaces of encounter.
Throughout the training, nature was not treated as a backdrop, but as an active co-creator of formats and experiences. Participants were invited into intensive encounters with nature, both in rural and urban contexts. In this way, knowledge was not only conveyed, but the training itself became an embodied experience of what regenerative formats and learning spaces can feel like.
