Our work is leaving less and less life behind. Instead of serving life, the way we work destroys vitality—leaving behind burned-out people, hollowed-out communities, and exploited ecosystems.
What would work look like if it served life for all? If it contributed to sustainability and our survival? And if it were work through which we feel truly alive, contributing to a meaningful life?
These questions have long guided me—in my work as a transformation facilitator, coach, and guide—and continue to shape my own search for life-centered work.
In this newsletter, I reflect on work from the perspective of life and vitality: where and why the modern world of work leaves little room for life, and which practices and techniques can help us create truly life-centered work.
